JettCrew Subprocessors

JettCrew Inc. uses the following service providers ("subprocessors") to run the Service. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under contract. This page is part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We use each AI provider only through services whose terms prohibit training on our data. Providers change their models over time, and we may change which models we use without updating this page, as long as the provider stays the same. Some AI providers may briefly process or cache data in other regions under their own terms.
Connected Systems
These exchange data with JettCrew only when a customer connects them, and only within the access the customer grants.

Each customer's use of these systems is governed by its own agreement with that provider.
How Providers Handle Data
- AI providers may keep data briefly under their own terms for abuse monitoring and legal compliance. We do not currently have zero-data-retention arrangements.
- Telnyx keeps messaging records as needed to deliver texts and meet carrier requirements.
- Stripe keeps payment data as card network and financial regulations require.
- Connected systems keep data under their own policies. JettCrew syncs with them only while the connection is active.
Changes
We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. If a change materially affects how customer data is processed, we will notify account holders as described in our Privacy Policy.
